Refund Policy Details

Incorrect or Non-Working Links:

If you submit an incorrect or inactive link, the order will be canceled, and the amount will be credited to your IInstant Growth account balance. However, repeated issues with incorrect links may not qualify for refunds.

Partial Refunds:

If an order is partially delivered, the refund for the undelivered portion will be credited to your account. For example, if 500 out of 1,000 units are delivered, 50% of your payment will be refunded.

Cancelled Orders:

Fully canceled orders are refunded to your IInstant Growth account balance, which can be used for future orders.

Running Orders:

Refund requests for active orders are considered case-by-case. Fast-track services, however, are not eligible for refunds once initiated.

Private Accounts:

Orders linked to private accounts are non-refundable. Ensure your account settings are public before placing orders.

Non-Reversible Transactions:

Refunds are processed only to your IInstant Growth account balance and cannot be transferred to external payment gateways.

Finalized Orders:

Once an order is marked complete or delivered, refunds or cancellations are no longer possible.

Service Delivery Timing:

Most services begin instantly, but some may take up to 48 hours. Contact our support team if you experience delays or issues.

Disputes and Fraudulent Activity:

By using our services, you agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

If you encounter any issues, our dedicated support team is available to assist and resolve your concerns efficiently.
